Nonrefundable Deposits Are Not Reimbursable

I will process payments with your personal check, bank check, credit card check, or bank wire transfer (you are responsible for the wire transfer fee). If you wish to pay with a credit card, the only credit card payment I offer is my Pay Pal business account with a 4% charge on the total to cover bank fees. To pay with a credit card to my Pay Pal Business account you must receive an INVOICE first-please advise. I cannot take Zelle, Venmo or Stripe. 

When returning your registration packet, the signature/dated disclaimer form, including your passport page and nonrefundable deposit, please make sure you mail everything together at the same time. Unless you are out of the country DO NOT EMAIL snail mail.

Once received, that will be a binding contract that you understand and agree to your payment due date obligations and the nonrefundable policies. My contract obligations require I wire transfer to the receiving country at specific times. If you are late with your payments, it affects all of us and you will be assessed a $150 late fee.

These payments hold your place, and serve to reserve our chosen hotels, van services, sacred site fees and hired ground crews at our international locations. My contracts need to be signed at least a year in advance from our travel dates. Once I send wire transfers to meet my obligations those funds ARE NO LONGER REFUNDABLE. IT IS WHY TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is your responsibility to yourself and your funds, should something arise with your health, family, work and/or should you need to cancel for any another reason. The travel insurance will be the one to reimburse you, not Sandra Corcoran, Starwalker Visions/DBA Sandra Corcoran, Starwalker Vision-Sacred Travel, or any of my affiliates.

IN SIGNING WITH Sandra Corcoran of STARWALKER VISIONS-SACRED TRAVEL YOU AGREE:

• Nonrefundable deposits are nonrefundable.

• Nonrefundable deposits cannot be applied towards another individual's payment or someone you have chosen to replace you.

• If I can fill your space, initial deposits are still nonrefundable.

• Deposits are required to hold your place on any journey.

• Once payments are wired to meet my contract obligations, they are no longer refundable.
